The Wind Waker
Following the Great Flood, the vast majority of Hyrule was sunk into the ocean. Most of the survivors settled on new islands created by the deluge, discarding their Hyrulean descent in the process. However, one resident of Hyrule remained. In spirit form, Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule remained in the submerged Hyrule Castle for at least some time, before going to the surface in the guise of the King of Red Lions to aid Link in his quest.
Four Swords Adventures
The Minish Cap
Hyruleans live scattered throughout the kingdom of Hyrule in The Minish Cap. Most of them are Hylians, although a handful of Gorons and Business Scrubs also reside within Hyrule. Hyruleans are concentrated mostly in Hyrule Town and Hyrule Castle, although a few of them live in the surrounding areas (such as Percy in the Western Wood, Stockwell at Lake Hylia, and Smith in South Hyrule Field).

Notes
- ↑ Hyruleans have also been referred to as Hyrulians,[3][4][5] and Hyrilians in The Shadow Prince.[6] However, as these contradict the name given in Encyclopedia, they are not considered Canon.
