The Nice Ice Rod is an item in A Link Between Worlds.[1]
Location and Uses
Once Link acquires the three Pendants of Virtue, he can buy the Ice Rod from Ravio for 1,200 Rupees. Once he owns the rod, Link can then find and bring 10 Lost Maiamais to Mother Maiamai to get her to upgrade the Ice Rod into the Nice Ice Rod.
The Nice Ice Rod is much the same as the Ice Rod, freezing objects as well as freezing or damaging enemies by dropping an icicle on them. The major enhancements are that it has a wider area of effect by dropping 4 icicles instead of 1, and if the player holds down the item button they can indicate where the icicles will land.----
