Training Constructs are a type of Captain Construct designed to train individuals who enter the Shrines of Light. This Construct behaves similarly to a regular Captain Construct, except it is designed to help the player learn combat moves they can do, like Perfect Dodging and Sneakstrike. Because of this, they only do moves that allows the player to do the move the Shrine is teaching. The Constructs do not get damaged by any forms of attacking, except any related to the move being learned and is only defeated when the Shrine ends. An example of this is the Construct in the Kyononis Shrine, which is immune to any forms of damage except those from Perfect Dodges and Perfect Guards.
